- We present information about HolloApartments properties (photos, descriptions, location)

.- We do NOT process online bookings or payments on this site.

- You can:  
   - Contact us directly via email: holloapartment@gmail.com  
    - Or be redirected to Booking.com and Airbnb to make a reservation.
When you book through Booking.com or Airbnb, their Terms & Conditions apply.

2. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure all apartment details are accurate and updated.

However:

- Availability and prices may change, and the final information is always on Booking.com or Airbnb.

- We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or changes made by these third-party platforms.
(Reference: Art. 6 OUG 34/2014 – obligation to inform users clearly before booking.)

3. No direct online contract here

- Simply visiting our site does NOT create any booking contract.

- A legal contract is created only when you book via Booking.com, Airbnb, or by direct written/email confirmation with us.

- If you book through a third-party platform, you must read and accept their own cancellation, refund, and privacy policies.

4. Privacy & data protection

- If you email or call us, we only use your data to reply to your request.

- We comply with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Law 190/2018 in Romania.

- We don’t sell or share your personal data.

- For bookings on Booking.com or Airbnb, their privacy policies apply.
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data (GDPR Articles 12–22).

- These platforms are separate companies.

- We cannot control or guarantee their content, services, or security.

Important: Short-term accommodation with fixed dates is exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right (Art. 16 OUG 34/2014).

- We always try to solve any problem amicably.

- If not, Romanian law applies, and courts in Cluj-Napoca are competent.

- You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (Regulation 524/2013).
