I have a parking spot in the inner yard you can rent it for 50 Ron per day if it's free. There is a public parking place next to the apartment but it's not cheap. For a longer period there is a cheaper parking 400m away.
The apartment is next to the Unirii Square of Cluj, with his windows facing that way, the bed is as far as possible from window.
